Full Coverage hands the whole desk over — the AI answers every inbound call on the first ring so your team never touches the phone. Same receptionist, same booking, same texts either way; the only question is whether it takes every call or just the ones you'd have lost.

What does the founding rate mean?

The first 10 shops get Missed-Call Coverage at $297/month instead of the standard $397 — and that rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed, in writing, in your agreement. It's our thank-you for coming aboard early. Once 10 shops have claimed it, the rate for everyone after is $397.

Does it actually sound human?

Yes. It holds a natural, real-time conversation — it listens, asks follow-ups, and talks like a competent front-desk person. Most callers don't realize they're talking to AI, and it's always polite, on-message, and never has a bad day.

What if it can't answer something?

It won't make things up about your shop. If a caller asks something outside what it knows, it takes a message and routes it to you, or transfers to a person if you want it to. You decide the fallback.

Do I have to change my phone number?
